Any additional
costs to the Board of Pesticides Control within the Department of
Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry as a result of clarifying that the
prohibition on aerial application of glyphosate or other synthetic herbicides
for the purpose of silviculture also applies to timber harvesting activity
conducted in accordance with the Forest Practices Act are anticipated to be
minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
