costs to the Board of Pesticides Control within the Department of
Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry as a result of rule-making associated
with the adoption of new setback standards for aerial application of
pesticides in shoreland areas and areas next to permanent occupied homes are
anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
