|
This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $1,000,000 in fiscal year
2021-22 to the Nursing Education Loan Repayment Program within the Finance
Authority of Maine for loan repayments for eligible nurses that meet the
established criteria. The bill
increases the maximum loan repayment amount for a master's degree from $4,500
to $20,000 and from $6,000 to $40,000 for a doctoral degree. |
