The bill would
increase from seven to ten acres the size of a project that a town can review
under the delegated authority exemption in the site development laws. The
Department of Environmental Protection anticipates this change will result in
a small increase in projects that would be exempted from department review.
This will result in a minor decrease in application fee revenue and minor
savings from decreased workload. |
