|
This legislation
directs the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (ACF) to
convey 8.9 acres of Non-Reserved Public Land in Augusta to the Maine
Veterans' Homes and would result in an increase in Other Special Revenue
Funds revenue to the Nonreserved Land Acquisition Fund. The amount of revenue received will not be
known until an appraisal is completed.
Any additional cost to complete an appraisal of the conveyance is
anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted sources. |
