Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill reduces the membership of the Clean-up and Response Fund Review Board from 14 to 9 members, the number of required annual meetings from 6 to 4 and the quorum requirements.  The reduction in board membership and the number of required meetings will result in minor savings due to a decrease in reimbursements paid to members for the direct expenses of attendance.
