costs to the Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations as a result
of changes to the definitions of a small winery, small beer manufacturer,
small hard cider manufacturer and how agreements between wholesale licensees
and small beer manufacturers and small cider manufacturers are constructed
are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
