	Any additional costs to the departments whose commissioners or their designees are required to serve on the Advisory Council to the Maine Prescription Drug Affordability Board are assumed to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. Additional costs to the State Employee Health Plan and to the Maine Health Data Organization to provide data and consult with the board are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
