Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $238,391 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $246,306 in fiscal year 2020-21 for one Comprehensive Health Planner I position to be the Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment Dental Coordinator in the Office of MaineCare Services, one Health Program Manager position to be the Oral Health Coordinator in the oral health program within the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention, rural health and primary care division, to lead Maine CDC’s public health functions related to oral health, for one Planning and Research Associate II in the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention and one half-time Office Assistant II position to provide logistical and administrative support within the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included for the FMAP match.
