Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of  $26,117 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $26,921 in fiscal year 2020-21 for one Public Health Nurse consultant position for the panel coordinator position which would be responsible for preparing monthly and annual reports, acting as the staff person to the panel, conducting an initial review of any deaths or serious injuries and referring a case to the panel for review. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included for the FMAP match.
