|
This bill allows,
but does not require, the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and
Forestry (ACF) to develop new marked hiking trails within the unorganized
territory on which loaded firearms are permitted and under specific criteria
discharged. Any additional costs to the ACF as a result of this change are
anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. The ACF has indicated that adding additional marked hiking trails
beyond those already in development would require additional funding. |
