Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $2,338,960 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $4,597,972 in fiscal year 2020-21 for a home and community-based waiver to provide services to children up to 21 years of age with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder and for required technology updates. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
