Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $1,526,021 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $1,531,001 in fiscal year 2020-21 to remove the asset test for the Medicare savings program and the elderly low-cost drug program and for required technology changes. Federal Expenditures Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations are also included for the federal match.
