|
This bill
requires the Office of the Attorney General to study and make recommendations
regarding the State's role in the regulation of online customer information,
including consulting industry and consumer stakeholders. The bill includes
General Fund appropriations of $200,000 in each year of the biennium only to
retain one contracted cyber investigator with the specialized expertise
necessary for the study. |
