costs to the Office of Marijuana Policy within the Department of
Administrative and Financial Services as a result of changes to the laws
regarding marijuana to incorporate recently passed legislation and as a
result of the final adoption of rules regarding adult use marijuana are
anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
