Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations totaling $2,000,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 to Maine Public, formerly know as Maine Public Broadcasting Corporation.  Of that amount, $1,500,000 is provided to maintain the annual funding levels to Maine Public and $500,000 per year is provided to increase the State's contribution to funding the cost of the emergency alert system.
