The bill requires
the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, Bureau of Insurance,
to review and evaluate the expansion of adult dental insurance coverage. The
department has indicated it will require, and the bill includes in fiscal
year 2020-21 only, an allocation of $12,500 to contract out for this review.
This allocation will be funded by existing resources within the Bureau of
Insurance. |
