Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes an ongoing General Fund appropriation of $600,000 beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 to the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management for reimbursements to human services-based volunteer organizations that provide transitional housing to homeless veterans. It also includes General Fund appropriations of $171,429 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $176,272 in fiscal year 2020-21 for one Office Associate II position to provide auditing and accounting services and for one Public Service Coordinator I position to manage and administer the veterans' homelessness prevention partnership program.
	The bill establishes the Veterans' Homelessness Prevention Partnership Fund within the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management with a base Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 annually beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 to allow expenditure of any revenue received from any source for the purposes of the program.
