The bill
establishes the Veterans' Homelessness Prevention Partnership Fund within the
Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management with a base Other
Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 beginning in fiscal year 2019-20. |

Additional costs
to the Department of Economic and Community Development to collaborate with
the Department of Defense, Verterans and Emergency Management on the
distribution of the funds can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
