Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill provides for the implementation of a 30-month pilot project in Oxford, Franklin and Androscoggin counties to provide transportation for veterans. The project will run from January 1, 2020 until June 30, 2022. The Department of Transportation will require a one-time General Fund appropriation of $150,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 to implement the project.
