Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $13,994 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $29,388 in fiscal year 2020-21 to amend the existing 1915(c) waiver that provides home and community-based services under the Department of Health and Human Services rule Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 19, to allow eligible members to receive services provided by spouses. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
