Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $36,354 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $63,453 in fiscal year 2020-21 to amend the exisitng 1915(c) waiver that provides home and community-based services under the Department of Health and Human Services rule Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 19, to allow eligible members to receive services provided by spouses and for the fiscal intermediary service required to allow eligible members to receive services provided by spouses. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
