An Act To Establish Standards for Operation and Maintenance and Asset Management for Publicly Owned Treatment Works and Municipal Satellite Collection Systems
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §414-B, sub-§5 is enacted to read:
5. Operation and maintenance and asset management. The department may establish standards through routine technical rulemaking for operation and maintenance and asset management for publicly owned treatment works and municipal satellite collection systems as defined in section 414-D, subsection 1, paragraph A.
