Amend the amendment in section 1 in §3501 in subsection 1 in the first line (page 1, line 19 in amendment) by inserting after the following: " subsection 1" the following: ' or means a person who is in an apprenticeship program registered with the United States Department of Labor'

SUMMARY

This amendment includes as a qualifying apprentice an apprentice who is in an apprenticeship program registered with the United States Department of Labor.
