Resolve, To Require the Development of Strategies for Reducing Health Disparities Based on Social Determinants

Sec. 1. Health disparities action plan. Resolved: That, by December 4, 2019, the Department of Health and Human Services shall present to the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services an action plan detailing strategies for reducing health disparities based on social determinants.
