Initiative: Provides funding needed due to the amendment to the existing 1915(c) waiver that provides home and community-based services under the Department of Health and Human Services rule Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 19 to allow eligible members to receive services provided by spouses.
