The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation of $97,500 and a one-time Highway Fund
allocation of $52,500 in fiscal year 2018-19 to the State Police in the
Department of Public Safety to reprogram the Maine telecommunications and
routing operations system, or METRO, data switch. Any additional costs to the
Judicial Department are assumed to be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
