The bill provides
an ongoing appropriation of $2,650 beginning in fiscal year 2018-19 to the
Legislature for the contracting and related costs of providing harassment
training for lobbyists. The additional costs associated with providing
harassment training to legislators and legislative staff can be absorbed by
the Legislature utilizing existing resources. |

Any additional
costs to the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices are
expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
