to the Board of Real Estate Appraisers within the Office of Professional and
Occupational Regulation, Department of Professional and Financial Regulation,
to continue the administrative functions associated with the licensing
requirement for appraisal management companies can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. The
amount of dedicated revenue to be received by the board from initial
licensing and renewal fees can not be determined but is expected to be minor. |
