This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $1,131,802 in fiscal year 2018-19 for a 25% rate increase for the
medication management services provided under rule Chapter 101: MaineCare
Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section 65: Behavioral Health Services. Federal
Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
A more current estimate would decrease the FY 2018-19 General Fund
appropriation by $184,592 to $947,210 and decrease the FY 2018-19 Federal
Expenditures Fund allocation by $369,445 to $1,672,624. |
