This amendment
removes the emergency preamble and emergency clause and eliminates the Fund
for a Healthy Maine allocation to the Department of Health and Human Services
of $600,000 in fiscal year 2017-18. The amendment still provides a Fund for a
Healthy Maine allocation of $600,000 in fiscal year 2018-19 to restore
funding on a one-time basis to the State's school-based health centers to the
level of funding provided in fiscal year 2016-17. |
