This amendment
removes the emergency preamble, the emergency clause and the $75,000 General
Fund appropriation in fiscal year 2017-18. As amended, the bill will still
have an ongoing General Fund appropriation of $75,000 to the Department of
Health and Human Services beginning in fiscal year 2018-19. |
