|
This bill provides
a General Fund appropriation of $5,446,642 in fiscal year 2018-19 to the
Department of Corrections to continue to operate the Downeast Correctional
Facility. Fiscal year 2018-19 funding
for the facility was eliminated in PL 2017, c. 284, the 2018-2019 biennial
budget. This estimate of fiscal impact
also includes the related increase in General Fund revenue of $155,179 from
boarding revenue. |
