	Any additional costs to the Public Utilities Commission as a result of modifications to the laws concerning the siting of small cell facilities and authority regarding regulation and permitting of them are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
	Provisions concerning permit fees and pole attachment fees for small cell facilities could potentially decrease revenue to local governments depending on the number of facilities located within them and the difference between the local government's current permit fee and pole attachment fee structure and those proposed in this bill.
