This bill
includes an ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds base allocation of $500
beginning in fiscal year 2017-18 to the Dairy Improvement Fund within the
Finance Authority of Maine to authorize expenditures of funds received to
provide loans to assist dairy farmers in making capital improvements and to
pay for the costs of administering the fund. |
