Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
The bill would
result in a General Fund deappropriation of $191,837 in fiscal year 2018-19
to recognize savings from no longer requiring legal notices to be published
in a newspaper. The deappropriations will be distributed across all
departments and agencies of the executive branch based on amounts calculated
by the State Budget Officer and the transfers will be considered adjustments
to appropriations in fiscal year 2018-19. |
