	Any additional costs to the ConnectME Authority as a result of prohibiting the Authority from providing a grant to a provider of broadband Internet access service that engages in the inappropriate use, sale, disclosure or access to customer personal information are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
	Any additional costs to the Bureau of General Services in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to implement the provisions of this bill are assumed to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
	Any additional costs to the Office of the Attorney General to prepare and submit a report related to the State's ability to ensure providers of broadband internet access service are adhering to net neutrality principles are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
