Transferring the
authority to issue nonconcealed firearm permits from the Department of Public
Safety to the Office of the Governor may result in additional minor costs to
the Office of the Governor. The
Executive branch is not seeking any budgetary adjustments as the Department
of Public Safety will continue to perform all related duties and to collect
fee revenue. |
