This amendment
corrects cross references to create consistency with Public Law 2017, Chapter
409, which transferred the administration and enforcement of the Maine
Medical Use of Marijuana Act from the Department of Health and Human Services
(DHHS) to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services (DAFS).
This amendment moves all allocations in the Medical Use of Marijuana Fund
from DHHS to DAFS. |
