This bill will
allow small nonalcoholic beverage producers that produce under 50,000 gallons
annually to utilize alternative sanitization and carbonation methods so long
as certain sanitary standards are met. Any additional costs to the Department
of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry as a result of allowing the
alternative methods are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. |
