Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
	Increases the number of civil suits The additional workload associated with the minimal number of new cases filed in the court system does not require additional funding at this time.  The collection of additional filing fees may increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a one-time allocation to the Maine Health Data Organization of $100,000 to collect and present certain data to the legislature and to develop a plan for further data collection. The Maine Health Data Organization has sufficient resources available to fund the allocation.
	Additional costs to the Department of the Attorney General are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
