The Maine
Research and Development Evaluation Fund within the Department of Economic
and Community Development will require Other Special Revenue Funds
deallocations of $200,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2017-18 as a
result of the Fund being repealed in this legislation. |

to the Department of Economic and Community Development to implement the
provisions in this legislation can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
