|
This bill allows
the term of the contract for the State's group health plan to be extended in
one-year increments for up to 3 additional years. This change would lead to
minor savings to the Division of Employee Health and Benefits, as less staff
time will be required for developing the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Currently this must be done every 3 years, but this bill could extend the
time between RFP's. |
