The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$3,254,630 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $4,686,669 in fiscal year 2018-19 for a
4% cost-of-living rate increase for adult family care homes and Appendix C
private non-medical institutions for the state fiscal year ending June 30,
2018 and a projected Consumer Price Index adjustment for the state fiscal
year ending June 30, 2019. The bill also includes Federal Expenditures Fund
and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations.
A more current estimate would decrease the FY 2017-18 General Fund
appropriation by $1,377,959 to $1,876,671 and the FY 2018-19 General Fund
appropriation by $509,127 to $4,177,542. |
