This amendment
reimburses the General Fund revenue loss in the bill in the second year of
the biennium only by a transfer of $106,075 by June 30, 2019 from the Maine
Center for Disease Control and Prevention program, Fund for a Healthy Maine
account in the Department of Health and Human Services to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund. |
