This amendment
allows persons who are 18 as of October 15, 2017 to continue to purchase
tobacco products. The incremental
effect compared to committee amendment "A" is an increase in
General Fund revenue of $717,404 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $940,041 in
fiscal year 2018-19 and an increase in Local Government Fund revenue of
$1,323 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $1,731 in fiscal year 2018-19. |
