result of modifications to the definitions of elections, campaign

expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |

revenue to the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices as a
result of the increase in the potential penalty from $10 to $100 for failure
to register as a candidate or as a political committee is not anticipated to
be significant. |
