	The bill requires that all public health nursing staff positions for which funding is already provided must be filled. The funding provided for public health nursing staff may not be transferred or repurposed. The bill also specifies the services that must be provided by the public health nursing program. As this bill requires only funded public health nursing staff positions to be filled, there is no additional funding required to cover the costs associated with filling the positions.
