Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
The bill would
require ongoing annual General Fund appropriations of $19,250 beginning in
fiscal year 2017-18 to the Legislature for the costs of the Maine Coastal
Risks and Hazards Commission. A base allocation of $500 is needed to allow
expenditure of any money received from other sources. Any additional costs
for the departments and agencies with members appointed to the commission are
assumed to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
