This bill allows
individuals younger than 10 to apply for, but not be eligible to be issued,
an open moose season permit in order to accrue points for the public chance
drawing. Any additional costs to the Department of Inland Fisheries and
Wildlife as result of this bill are anticipated to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. Any additional revenue to the
General Fund from additional application fees is expected to be minor. |
